Offshore server packages - Where can I get them in Netherlands?

Hey guys,
I would like to ask about the most reliable hosts offering low-cost hosting plans with these specs:
3 Tbs of disk space, bandwidth - 30 TB, Linux. Netherlands
I have found Hostplay.com offshore web hosting plans look ok for my sites.
What are your views on their services, pricing, features?

Using them I have always been helped quickly, and efficiently in a professional manner.

Hostplay.com is a nice offshore web host. I can create MySQL databases myself through the control panel without authorization. I can add additional TLD's at no extra cost. My webmail is a lot easier to get to than it is on other hosts using cPanel. Recommended.

Hostplay.com tech support is tip-top. Although the response time is not as fast as my previous offshore web host, I have no complaint either.
When my friend had problems setting up the domain name servers, the forums and support center were very helpful.
